Ubisoft’s E3 presentation gave Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six fans a first look at the upcoming Rainbox Six Extraction game with a brand new cinematic trailer and seven minutes of gameplay.
Ubisoft Dropped 7 Minutes of ‘Rainbow Six Extraction' Gameplay and ‘Rainbow Six Siege' Crossplay Dates
As the threat grows, our Operators rise to meet it. In Extraction, Rainbow Six has been united under REACT. Their mission: learn about the enemy, stop its spread at all costs… and leave no one behind.
Hibana has gone Missing in Action. See Operators Ela, Lion, and Nomad, under commands from Eliza “Ash” Cohen, mount a daring rescue mission, as they use intel, teamwork, and improvisation to save one of their own from a dangerous new enemy. Who's Got YouR6?
The gameplay revealed the new and terrifying alien enemies including, the Sprawl, Archaeons, Rooters, Spikers, Lukers, Tormentors, and more. Each of the evolving parasites proves more and more complicated to take on alone or with your team.
For Rainbow Six Siege players, some of the weaponry will be familiar, but Extraction features new ability upgrades that unlock as you progress through the game. But you risk losing that progress and your upgrades every time you enter the containment zone. If you or a teammate fall during combat, you go M.I.A. and you cannot play M.I.A. operators until they’re safely recovered.
Rainbow Six Extraction drops on September 16th, 2021.
