Top Selling Items on eBay – My Most Profitable Sales

If you want to build an eBay business, you might be wondering what the top selling items on eBay are.

Keeping track of things in a spreadsheet may seem like a chore, but storing data can be really useful for your future self.

I started keeping track of my eBay inventory back in April of 2018 and now I’ve got a lot of sales information I can look through to glean knowledge from.

If you’re selling on ebay, or have any kind of side business for that matter, you need to keep track of your numbers. If for nothing else, you need to know them for tax purposes.

I’m constantly seeing people ask what to sell on eBay, so I thought it would be fun and maybe informative to share my top selling items on eBay over the past year.

I decided to go through my spreadsheet and pull all of the sales where I made at least $50 profit.

When I say profit, I mean what I actually made after subtracting the price I paid for the item, eBay and Paypal fees, and shipping costs.

How much have I earned from my top selling items on eBay?

When I went back over my sales, I found that I had sold 23 items at a profit of at least $50 and those 23 items have brought a total profit of $2,413.66.

That’s a pretty significant profit from a small number of items! I’ve had 459 transactions and profited $7,845.12 over the past 12 months to put that into perspective.
